ZOIR was founded in Bangalore in 2023 by two engineers who had run out of patience with software that fights its own users. We are small on purpose — micro-teams, founder-led on every project, no relay between the people you talk to and the people who write your code.
Founder-led on every project. Same people on the discovery call as the deploy.
Not the org chart, not the roadmap deck. The actual day-to-day flow.
Typed contracts. Versioned migrations. Documented seams. Things that age well.
We turn down projects where systems-first thinking won’t change the outcome. It is fine.

“Software is most useful when it disappears into the work. We aim to build the kind that holds up after we’ve left the room.”
We take on a small number of projects each year. If yours sounds like a fit for systems-first thinking, write us a line.
